Do you have a pet musical hate/pet peeve?
So so so so so many. Probably when the next band wants to bring gear on stage while we’re taking ours off. Fuming.
A private musical indulgence:
Englebert Humperdinck – The Last Waltz
The year you first came to Cambodia:
2018 and played at Chinese House. Much missed venue.
An early music memory:
Seeing my friend’s sister’s then boyfriend play electric guitar for the first time. Basket Case, I think. The song, not him.
The last thing you had to eat:
Clams with lemongrass.
Stagefright: yes or no?
Yeah. It’s good for you.
A country you want to visit:
Mongolia.
A book or movie you keep going back to:
Brideshead Revisited.
What languages do you have?
English and poorly pronounced Vietnamese.
Your primary instrument, and when you started playing it:
Guitar since 15. After seeing Mountain at the Newcastle Opera House
Something people might be surprised to know about you:
I don’t drink coffee or eat eggs.
You have a time machine and a magic ticket to one gig or festival in the past. What do you choose?
Bickershaw ’72.
A question from the last participant : where do you see yourself in ten years?
Popeye’s Chicken.
