Greetings:
Thursday night in Phnom Penh find Dr George’s jazz jam at The Deck, a night of Corsican music with Phil Javelle at Au Marche, and going late The Extraordinary Chambers at Oscar’s on the Corner and Poca at The Silk Route.
On Friday in Phnom Penh Brett Perkins is back-to-back at The Deck and later Little Susie, Mirasol & Phil are at Shangri-La, Miss Sarawan are at Riverview (not Bat Muk Yu as mistakenly advertised) and Alli G follows Johnny & the Scallywags at The Tin Hat. Poca de Feo & the Sticky Tentacles pull double duty early at Botanico and late at Oscar’s on the Corner, while Stu Cottom is at The Silk Route.
On Saturday in Phnom Penh Trio Time (Jeffro, Alex and Pervez) commence a new residency at Villa Grange, while Little Susie celebrate their fifth anniversary party with Kevin Sysyn followed by Phil Javelle. The Originals Acoustic Showcase at The Deck features Zakk Zoot, Pablo & Chema, and Phil, while Cambodia Soundbase are at Botanico, Dan Reidy is at The Wild Rover and The Stuffs are at Can Can. Antonio Elchico is at Tropico, Stu Cottom is at Boran Bar and Poca de Feo & the Sticky Tentacles are at Duplex. Oscar’s on the Corner offers Brett Perkins early and Cambodia Country Band going late. In Kampot, Chris Garcia is at Old Market Skybar.
On Sunday in Phnom Penh Vince Solomons is at The Vine, the Sunday Sundowners open mic is at Tacos Kokopelli, and Stu Cottom is at Bar Oz. Later and louder, Shaken Spirit are at Oscar’s on the Corner. In Siem Reap, Joshua Chiang & the Dropping Shoes are at New Leaf.
