Saturday night in Phnom Penh kicks off with Summer Lee Carlson & Mute Speaker at The Deck and Hounds of Bakersfield at CraftScott Bywater is at Little Susie, Naran Vatra is at Botanico and Cloud hosts a Khmer hip-hop night with Ceejay, Nora and Elvis FlockaSoselo Summer returns, supported by Frankie Teardrop Dead at Hometown Hangout, and for something completely different, the improvised wonders of the Siem Reap Soundlab featuring Simon Gilbert can be witnessed at Au MarcheFender Benders go late at Oscar’s on the Corner.  In Siem Reap, Kiko, Andrey & Cesar are at Arin’s, and in Kampot, Fishstix are at The Bay.

Come Sunday in Phnom Penh, Miss Sarawan & Scoddy are at Villa Grange and Nestor Garcia is at Mad MonkeyThe Vine has Brooke Palmer, and Tacos Kokopelli presents the Sunday Sundowners open mic hosted by Scott Bywater.  Elsewhere Stu Cottom is at Bar Oz and Gerry the Cosmic Joker is at Lost Bar & GrillSiem Reap Soundlab play Back Street Bar and Electric Muxu Orchestra are at Oscar’s on the Corner.  In Siem Reap, Cosmic Soul Review are at New Leaf and the No pros open mic is on at Pomme.
