On Thursday in Phnom Penh, Stu Cottom gets things started early at Villa Grange, then there’s Ex-Pulse at Waterside and Rhythm & Soul at Plantation and a special charity event featuring The Blue Souls at Sra’Art.  Phnom Penh Vibes are at Prince Brewing, Big D Walker & George Hess at The Confidential and the regular open mic at Cloud.  Later on, The Extraordinary Chambers are at Oscar’s on the Corner.  In Kampot, the regular jam session at Tiki Garden, and in Siem Reap, The Exile at Pasta La Vista and Sokunthea & the Dukes at Supernova.

Saturday and Sunday afternoon at Factory Phnom Penh there will be a Street Fiesta with a live music portion featuring KAI, Miss Sarawan, Jamie Raine, Ponlork and others.  Find more details here.

Friday night in Phnom Penh, The Blue Souls are at Craft, Penh Pals are at the Welsh Consulate and Ice is at Botanico; later Big D Walker is at Hideout and The Extraordinary Chambers are at Oscar’s on the Corner.   In Siem Reap Salazar Quartet are at Villa D and Jam-Cha are at Supernova Bar.

On Saturday in Phnom Penh, Mimi & the Merrymakers play an early show as part of kids fun day at Hard Rock Café, then later Phil O’Flaherty is at Botanico, Green Leaf Motif are at Sundance, The Hooks are at Hometown Hangout and Sister Srey are at Rosewood.  Later on Japan Guitar Shop are joined by We Are Ewe at Back Street Bar, there is a FLEX hip hop night at Hemisphere and The Blue Souls featuring Felix and Danny are at Oscar’s on the Corner.  In Kampot, The Kampot Playboys, Low Season Riders and Chris Garcia are at  Meraki, Ant Colloff is at The Bay, and in Siem Reap Rod & Chema are at Harry’s & The Welsh Consulate and Electric Soup are at Supernova Bar.

On Sunday in Phnom Penh cool off with the jazz splash with Jive Buddies at Villa Grange, Sunday sessions with Cove Aaronoff and Scott Bywater (plus DJs) at The Vine, Stu Cottom at Bar Oz  and/or Sunday Sundowners open mic with guest host Liam Jones at Tacos Kokopelli.  Later on Skin & String are at Back Street Bar and Joe & the Jumping Jacks are at Oscar’s on the Corner.


Feeling the desire to sing in a large group?  Musica Felice choir holds a second day of auditions on Saturday.
