Greetings:

Siem Reap comes to visit Phnom Penh this weekend, with Jam-Cha (Rod, Chema and Andrey) doing their Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute Pepperoni Monks (adding Alessio) at Oscar’s on the Corner on Friday night and following up on a double bill for the final Nevermind Nirvana show at Motodop on Saturday.  Also visiting from Siem Reap this weekend are One Year Visa, for shows at Distortion Dive Bar on Thursday, Khmer Funk Sky Bar on Friday, Botanico on Saturday and Motodop on Sunday – they’ll be around for next weekend as well.   If that wasn’t enough, Frank Scarfone offers up his Siem Reap combo The Blue Strangers (including Gerard) on Friday night at Motodop and Oscar’s on the Corner on Saturday.

Also in Phnom Penh on Friday night, Chicago Mike & Friends gather at Tacos Kokopelli, Randy Cataluna is at Botanico, Adam Marsland is at The Tin Hat, The Man Dan is at End of the Road and Alli G is at Rust.

On Saturday find first anniversary celebrations for End of the Road with Alli G and John Ryan, Adam Marsland at Tropico, and Ace at  Little Susie before he heads to Stories by Little Susie for the late night jam.  On the coast, Arome Khmer are at The Wave: Kep West.

Come Sunday find Rod Tolentino at The Vine, the Sunday Sundowners open mic at Tacos Kokopelli hosted by Scott Bywater, Greg Beshers at Hunt and later on Shaken Spirit at Oscar’s on the Corner.  In Siem Reap, Kodi Hudson is at Embargo.
