Greetings:
An interesting range of choices on Friday night in Phnom Penh – get started with Phil Javelle at Sra’Art Wine Bar, you can find jazz at Green Pepper with Jazz Triolateral, or you could sneak in a cheeky music-related poetry launch/reading at Little Susie. Elsewhere Alli G & Pervez are at Craft, Graham Cain is at Botanico and the regular Khmer Magic Music Bus at Bouchon Wine Bar. Later on Montra at Oscar’s on the Corner. In Siem Reap, Rod Tolentino is at Ubuntu and there’s the open mic at The Welsh Consulate.
Saturday night is a little quieter, but still there’s the Blue Note Gala with the return of The Blue Souls at Rosewood, Cardboard Lo-Fi at Botanico, Graham Cain at Sundance , Big D Walker at Little Susie and Montra at Oscar’s on the Corner. In Siem Reap, Rod & Chema are in Old Palace Lane.
